Nature Castastrophes - Why

The earth brings life to everything. It should not be violated or abused. The earth, with everything that lives on it, animals, plants and minerals, wants to serve man. For this reason, he should care for it, as it is a great living organism. God said to man: "Subdue the earth." This means: Respect and tend the life in all forms of life, and they will serve you.

But the egoistic man abuses his fellow-man, the earth and the kingdom of nature. He pollutes the earth and damages the atmosphere definitively by tampering with nuclear power and chemicals. Thus, he violates the earth and everything that lives in it, and destroys the atmosphere mantle, which protects the earth and all earthly life.

We, human beings, have indirectly chosen our way of dying by destroying the earth. We have ill-treated and tortured this sensitive organism, the earth, so much and for so long that now it strikes back and defends itself. It gives us back the wrong we have done to it. The death sentence will say: death by poisoning, gassing, burning, drowning, starving, radiation, infirmity and illness. We will be as infirm and ill as the earth has become through us. As we have poisoned the soil, the water and the air with industrial wastes, chemical fertilizers, insecticides and pesticides, with our extremely greedy thinking, we will get it back.

What are the results of these abuses, which violate the divine law? Natural catastrophes of most severe scopes, caused by our cold hearths, and increased ultraviolet radiation, because we have destroyed the protective ozone layer. The earth is increasingly rebelling in more and more places of this world, mostly in unprecedented proportions. The earth still holds in store for us giant tidal waves and floods, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Mankind will be helpless at its mercy. This is the sentence of billions of people. For many, it will be a slow, agonizing death.

What was revealed by God to mankind through prophets at all times is now imminent. The great mighty turn of time has downed. The earth is purifying itself. It will tremble and will open and devour many people. But before all that occurs, diseases, pestilences, blows of fate and earth catastrophes will fall upon mankind. The seas will overflow their basins and will cover everything negative. The sword and all instruments of war will be smashed to pieces. Everything impure will pass away. However, all this is not yet the end of this human era or the end of the planet earth, but the end of everything which is against God. Materialism is coming to its end. Everything will be spiritualized more and more. In this time of radical change from the old sinful life to the new pure life, from the old sinful world to the world of the Spirit, everything that has not yet been expiated is falling upon mankind in shorter intervals.

For many people, it is not easy to find the love of God despite all that. Yet God is love and loves us all. He does not punish or chastise. He gives us all the free will, the freedom to decide: for or against Him. Accordingly, He does not interfere in the free will of man, or in the world events. The "wrath of God" originates in heathen conceptions. It was then believed that "the gods" take revenge to man.

But the sinful man should recognize that he himself created the so-called "wrath of God". For man always reaps as he sows. The person who violates the law of God inflicts punishment and chastisement on himself, thus reaping what he has sown unless he repents in time and expiates what he has caused.

Whenever he inflicts harm on his neighbour, on animals, on plants, on the whole organism of the earth, on the atmosphere, he inflicts it on himself. Every misdeed and every ill-treatment which is not expiated falls back upon its originator.

It is man himself who sows the seeds of his own fate and reaps what he has sown. We have created for ourselves the law of sowing and reaping, also called law of karma, and it passes judgement on us.

The sinful man cannot withstand the grave upheavals, which are the effects of likewise grave causes. Through these effects, the law of sowing and reaping removes sin from the earth. People in deep sin will have nowhere to live on earth any longer, for the New Era will rise from the ruins and will bring the new heaven and the new earth. The person who stands in the dark will perish from the coldness of his own ego, of his base senses and instincts.

The one who is still concerned about his outer things and wants to keep and increase them will perish with all his worldly goods. Many people whose souls are poor in light will be taken away in this time of horror, which the world has never witnessed before.

Those who have relied on this world and its governments will lose overnight everything they believed to be their property and security. Those who persist in building up the structure of their human ego will be destroyed with everything which they have built up and to which they hold on.

However, the person who, despite the effects which he gets for his causes, remains faithful to God, who praises Him and glorifies Him, will be saved and will build up the new earth and will give life with the seeds of love.

The one who recognizes, repents, forgives and asks for forgiveness in time will also receive in time the grace and help of God before fate takes its cause. We should therefore change our ways, so that we do not enter into the wheel of suffering and so that the negative things which we have caused with our sensations, thoughts, words and actions do not fall back upon us.

When we have changed, the earth too will change. For God said: "I make everything new, a new heaven and a new earth." But He makes it new through people who have changed their ways, who strive to fulfil His laws.

When we have purified ourselves more and more and have overcome our human weaknesses, our base ego, our passions, our negative thinking, our greed, and have stopped exploiting the earth, we will feel the love of God not on the outside, but in our inner being. We will become different people, free, noble, and radiant, with a spiritual way of thinking, with higher values and ideals. We will see our neighbour as our brother, our sister. We will establish communication with the kingdom of nature, which each plant, animal, stone, with everything.

And step by step, the earth will flourish. Positive communication will build up the positive powers and transform the negative ones, so that the earth will be restored to health and will again be productive.

The darker it becomes on earth, the more of God's light will come. So let us open ourselves for the light, and we will receive it even in the darkest and gloomiest time. God is able to protect His faithful children and also their properties. He will keep all disasters away from them. He will give them strength to cultivate the purified land, thus subduing the earth in love. Then the earth and everything thereon, stones, plants, animals will serve them.
